What is Autopay? - (ONLY APPLICABLE TO CURRENT TENANTS)
Autopay is a convenient payment option offered by Marquise Properties Group, LLC that allows tenants to schedule recurring rent payments. By enrolling in autopay, your rent payment will be automatically processed on the due date each month using the payment method you have provided. This helps ensure timely payments and reduces the risk of late fees.

Autopay Disclaimer (ONLY APPLICABLE TO CURRENT TENANTS):
By enrolling in autopay, you authorize Marquise Properties Group, LLC to automatically withdraw the total amount due on your account/ledger/statement from your selected payment method on the scheduled due date, each billing cycle. This amount may include rent, applicable fees, and any outstanding balances on your account. As stated in your lease agreement, "Tenant agrees to pay as additional rent (a) any and all sums which may become due by reason of the failure of Tenant to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Lease; (b) any and all damages, costs and/or expenses which the Landlord may suffer or incur by reason of any default under this Lease by Tenant; and (c) any and all damages to the Property caused by any act or negligence of Tenant, other residents of the Property, or Tenant's agents, employees, invitees, or family members. In the event Tenant fails to make any such payments, then the amount thereof shall be added to and deemed part of the rent due, and Landlord shall have the same remedies for the collection of such payments as Landlord has for non-payment of rent under this Lease."

It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected payment method has sufficient funds or available credit to cover the payment. If a payment is declined or fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment details, or any other reason, you may be responsible for any applicable late fees, penalties, or returned payment fees as outlined in your lease agreement.

You may cancel or modify your autopay enrollment at any time, but atleast 2-3 business days before the scheduled payment date. Any changes made after the processing date may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

Marquise Properties Group, LLC is not responsible for any overdraft fees, bank fees, or penalties incurred as a result of autopay transactions. Please review your lease agreement and account balance regularly to ensure accuracy.
